David Thulin "Reconstruction" by David Bunce (cmaddict.com) on 2013-04-19 14:04:54
One of the things I enjoy most about projects such as “Reconstruction” is the ability to re-enjoy songs that I have already put on repeat for hours, days, months… The creative task David Thulin undertook is no small feat. Essentially, he had to breathe new life into something already made, and I think David has done a masterful job in His “reconstruction” of these songs. And through this process, he did a little bit of construction of his own.
Thulin’s unique creation of original songs “Reconstruction” and “Euphoria” are certainly musical works of art in and of themselves and I look forward to hearing even more original work by David in the future! He exhibits great talent and has massive room for growth and expansion within a genre that has not yet been inundated with content.
Another great aspect of an album like this is discovery. I heard a couple of new songs and even learned of a couple of artists I had not previously been familiar with. Speaking of discovery, I also discovered that talent appears to run in the Thulin family… David’s Brother Jonathan, who is the artist of “Dead Come To Life” (One of the songs featured on David’s album) also proves to be a very gifted musician.
Joining the Thulins, are a wide array of talented artists! “Reconstruction” features the songs of Christian artists including Group 1 Crew, Silverline, Remedy Drive, Bekah Shae, and others who have exhibited their gift of music that entertains, inspires, and encourages many fans and audiences worldwide!
What David has here is a dazzling spotlight he is able to shine upon himself and the other artists on his album. This bass thumping, techno infused, beat accelerated, thrill ride is sure to keep you buckled up from start to finish and leave you still wanting more; These songs are not simply changed but reconstructed, and I hope that many are able to come along for the ride!

ARTICLE Slightly Obsessed #184: The Mark of Maturity
The infant finishes his bottle and smiles contentedly up at his mother. A trickle of milk courses down from the corner of his mouth. It’s a sweet scene because that’s what babies do. They are born with immature digestive systems and no teeth. Mother’s milk or formula are necessary for the child to survive and thrive. As they grow, their teeth begin to come in, their digestive abilities mature, and they can tolerate solid food.
