Rob Vischer "Meant To Love" by Julia Kitzing (cmaddict.com) on 2013-10-21 14:17:04
Rob Vischer has a few albums out, including a Christmas album, He has been on a cross county bike riding adventure, and according to Rob Vischer’s Facebook page he has played shows in a hair salon! How many people know of an artist who has done that? According to his Facebook page he even did a hair salon tour and made many friends on his unique tour. “Meant to Love” has 11 tracks and each song offers a different musical style.
Listening to this album I find it very hard to not to clap along with the catchy beats. “Love for a Lifetime” is my favorite on this album and was also released as a single earlier this year. With lyrics like, “We have love for a lifetime, Through thousands of suns and thousands of moons, We have love for a lifetime”, it's catchy and reflects about life almost like someone is reflecting when they know they only have a few days left to live. It’s not hard to find yourself singing along with this song.
“Meant to Love” is the title track to this album. The bridge of this song, “You gotta have faith if you wanna believe in love” really seems to be the driving point of this song. “Neon Mistletoe” is a very unique Christmas song on the album. It’s different and looks at things from the point of view of being in love on New Year’s Eve as the famous ball is dropping.
Overall, this album has something for everyone. It’s a wonderfully written set of songs with thought provoking lyrics and fun catchy songs that will having you singing and clapping along and maybe even dancing!
