Story recently stopped by The Fish in Atlanta & Nashville in addition to K-LOVE’s morning show with Lisa & Eric to talk about her new album and the self-titled track. After releasing a few short weeks ago, the single is quickly climbing the radio charts, currently landing in the Top 10 at Soft AC/INSPO and No. 21 on Billboard’s Christian AC Chart.
Recorded in Chris Tomlin’s studio in Atlanta, GA and produced by prominent producer Nathan Nockels (Passion, Chris Tomlin and Philips, Craig & Dean), Blessings is the follow-up album to her freshman release Great God Who Saves. The new record is infused with pop energy and singer/songwriter warmth. While Story penned most of the ten songs herself, she also co-wrote with her good friend Mac Powell from Third Day and Brenton Brown.
With her album dropping this week, Story is currently in route across the south promoting Blessings, on April 20th she’ll take a break from the road and perform on the 42nd Annual Dove Awards at the FOX Theatre in Atlanta, GA.
