Well House of Heroes has always been one of my favorite groups. I love their creativity and willingness to try different themes and styles. I've been listening to their upcoming album for several days now, “Colors” which releases July 1st, and it is quite experimental . It is however a concept album, and a bit to get used to, although it is growing on me the more I listen to it.

It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of Flyleaf. Their music is everything I like. Heavy, catchy, deep lyrics, and a touch of scream. Yes, their new set without Lacy is slightly tamed down, but they still have that edge that I love. Kristen could not have been a better replacement. Her vocals are extremely crisp and still edgy. A perfect choice.
